Qualifications
Required: Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or Data Science preferred. 4–7 years of experience in consulting, technology, or enterprise transformation, with exposure to AI, analytics, or digital strategy. Demonstrated ability to connect business challenges with technology solutions. Familiarity with major AI ecosystems and platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP). Experience supporting AI or data-driven solution delivery, including generative or agentic AI applications. Strong analytical, communication, and storytelling skills—able to structure insights and influence client stakeholders. Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deliver independently, and reputed company in a dynamic, collaborative environment. Preferred: Experience with RAG architectures, orchestration frameworks, or AI agents. Familiarity with data platform modernization, AIOps/MLOps, or cloud infrastructure. Hands-on experience building dashboards, prototypes, or lightweight AI automations. Certifications in cloud AI platforms (Azure reputed company, AWS Machine Learning Specialty, or equivalent). Prior consulting experience supporting client delivery, business development, or thought leadership. The estimated reputed company salary for this job is $105,000 - $135,000 USD. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that reputed company reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in reputed company’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects reputed company’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $120,750 - $155,250 USD. The job is also eligible to participate in reputed company’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
