What You’ll Do

• Own and define the full marketing strategy for the UK market, reputed company with global and SEA priorities

• Build, hire, and reputed company the UK marketing team from scratch

• Drive user acquisition, retention, and reputed company growth across channels

• Own performance metrics: CAC, ROAS, CTR, conversion, retention, LTV

• Manage agencies, freelancers, and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality output

What You Bring

• 7–12 years of experience in marketing, across strategy and execution

• Proven track record in scaling marketing and driving measurable growth

• Strong expertise in performance marketing and full-funnel strategy

• Experience building or leading teams, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment

• Deep understanding of paid media, SEO, content, CRM, and analytics

• Strong data literacy and decision-making capability

• Experience managing budgets, agencies, and stakeholders

• Excellent leadership and communication skills

• Based in London (hybrid flexibility)

Location Requirement

Based in the UK

Compensation Range

£90,000 – £110,000 reputed company salary per annum

Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s qualifications, skills, and relevant experience.
