Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Customer Service Representative to join reputed company at arenaflex At Home in Wausau, WI. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting our services, and making outbound calls to patients and reputed company. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to call inquiries from patients and reputed company in a professional and courteous manner

• Promote arenaflex services and products to patients and reputed company
• reputed company outbound calls to patients and reputed company to provide information and support
• Maintain proficiency in phone systems, software applications, programs, and events
• Stay up-to-date on program and service scripts, as well as physician and service referrals provided by the call center
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and support

Experience and Qualifications

* High School diploma or equivalent required; secondary education in a health-reputed company field desired

• Five years of experience in customer service, administrative, sales, or communication-reputed company fields in a fast-paced environment required
• Clinical environment experience desired
• Excellent written and oral communication skills required
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills required
• Demonstrates good listening skills
• Service representatives must maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgment
