- Four-year degree or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of product management experience preferably in relevant digital ads industry experience with a minimum of 5 years experience leading the creation and execution of tech product strategies
- Demonstrated growth and success with tech-focused product / business leadership roles reputed company the advertising industry
- Proven experience leading and developing high-performing product management teams, including coaching PMs and driving strong product execution
