Senior Asset Valuation Specialist

About the Role: The Sr Asset Valuation Specialist has a primary responsibility to analyze and process transactions reputed company to Private reputed company and Real Estate valuations. The Sr Asset Valuation Specialists communicates effectively with clients, authorized third parties, and asset sponsors to resolve discrepancies or follow-up on requests. The Sr Specialist adheres strictly to trust regulations and reputed company standards including our customer identification program, the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, Bank Secrecy Act, Internal reputed company Code, and reputed company other applicable banking and trust regulation set forth by the IRS and various other regulatory agencies. The Senior Specialist supports business units and leadership in carrying out the assigned duties, demonstrating independent judgement with a minimal amount of supervision and direction. • Process cash and securities transactions in the trust accounting system reputed company to investment valuations and asset sponsor contact updates.
• Ensures reputed company transactions are processed accurately and according to the relevant documentation.

• Review and approve transactions submitted below a threshold specified in the Asset Valuation Job Aid.
• Provide support to the department with system and procedural analysis by working with Leadership and advising on controls and process improvement as necessary
• Proactively communicate with asset sponsors or government agencies reputed company phone or email to validate requests and to understand the path to completion for each transaction.
• Quickly remediates any issues or concerns arising from the sponsor or agency contact.
• Communicates findings to end clients as needed.
• The Sr. Specialist must have the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing based on risk/business needs.
• The Sr. Specialist must have the ability to think strategically with sharp analytical skills and strong attention to detail and accuracy

About You:

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company field preferred.
• 5 years reputed company experience required.
• Demonstrated data entry skills required.
• Previous Financial Services experience in a transaction processing environment required.

The pay range for this role is $23.98 to $27.40. The role may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation, and those details will be provided during the recruitment process.
