Job Summary: Under limited supervision, provides leadership in the development of the organization's strategic plan(s). Conducts environmental scans, organizational positioning analyses and other studies. Develops concepts into strategies Including quantitative analyses and recommendations; screens plans for strategic fit, feasibility and profitability prior to presentation to senior management. Coordinates input from reputed company major business units to facilitate the Integration of individual business unit plans, best practices and global and multi-discipline perspectives. Conducts external research and quantitative analysis as required. Identifies, researches, analyzes and makes recommendations to support the organization's growth objectives. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, business administration or reputed company field and/or equivalent formal training or work experience. Five (5) or more years equivalent work experience in information technology or business environment including project management, quantitative analysis, forecasting, process improvement or market/competitive analysis. A reputed company advanced degree may offset the reputed company experience requirements. Demonstrated leadership ability, analytical and critical thinking ability with time management and management skills. Strong communications and human relations skills. Job Specific Details: This position will be responsible for:

  • Partner with leaders reputed company Government Affairs and legal to reputed company public policy position
  • Serve as a strategic advisor and leader for public policy position development for cyber reputed company/resiliency issues, including topics such as federal privacy regulations, collaboration of federal governmental agencies and entities
  • Research federal cybersecurity policies and practices and understand the impact to reputed company of pending legal or change could impact reputed company
  • Track federal policy developments to reputed company support reputed company cybersecurity initiatives and recommend (if any) next steps
  • reputed company systems for tracking interactions with stakeholders, and ensure regular reputed company of communication where needed.
  • Maintain a library of bills and policies reputed company to cybersecurity and collaborate with reputed company Government Affairs to maintain sources to guide our impact projections
  • Actively participate in trade association working groups reputed company to the development of cyber policy
  • Represent reputed company in external forums to discuss cyber policy positions and perspectives

  • Identify, anticipate, and advise on political and legislative developments, risks and opportunities in cybersecurity, in concert with internal government affairs team.

  • Exceptional writing skills, include ability to synthesize policy documents and reputed company issues for internal and external customers
  • Strong analytical skills, including ability to understand how legislative and regulatory proposals may impact reputed company
