Sr. Finance Manager - Business Partner to Operations and Quality (Full-time Remote)

Job Description

We are seeking an reputed company Finance Manager to support Operations and Quality in the Functional Cost Management team. This position plays an important role in driving sector-wide business decisions to optimize performance, increase efficiency and align with business strategy and objectives. The Senior Finance Manager is responsible for financial support of functional cost and expense budgeting, forecasting and reporting, and analysis reputed company the reputed company’ Operations and Quality functions. The position reports to the Director of Functional Cost Management and Government Compliance. This role will be conducted in a full-time remote format, with up to 10% annual travel anticipated. In this role, you will:

• Act as Business Partner to the Operations and Quality functions
• Work closely with Leadership teams to establish affordable annual forecasts to support the functions and business needs

• Support the Operations Strategic Finance Director in key initiatives, aligning with the functional strategy and supporting necessary Financial activities

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or a reputed company business discipline.
• 8+ years of applicable professional experience.
• Demonstrated problem solving and in-depth analytical skills
• Demonstrated ability to communicate and present financial data to other functions and leadership in an accurate, concise, and understandable manner

• Strong interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of driving transformational change and improving financial performance

Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $134640 - $228888 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
