About the Role
We are seeking a Telehealth Primary Care Physician to join our growing clinical network on a contract (1099) basis. This role is designed for a physician who is comfortable practicing across the full reputed company of primary care in a virtual environment.
You will support patients through various stages of care, including evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and care coordination. The ideal candidate is adaptable, clinically strong, and comfortable working reputed company an evolving care model as we continue to expand our services.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver virtual primary care visits reputed company video and other telehealth modalities
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a broad range of adult acute and chronic conditions
- Order and interpret labs, imaging, and other diagnostic tests
- Prescribe medications and manage ongoing treatment plans
- Provide patient education and clinical guidance
- Coordinate care with specialists, care coordinators, and external providers as needed
- Support patients across the continuum of care, from initial consultation through follow-up
- Document accurately and reputed company in reputed company EMR and internal systems
- Adhere to reputed company telehealth regulations, prescribing guidelines, and state-specific requirements
- Escalate care appropriately based on clinical need
Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited institution
- Board-certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Active, unrestricted DEA license
- Active, unrestricted medical licenses in multiple U.S. states
- 5+ strongly preferred
- Eligible for or participating in the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact preferred
- 3+ years of post-residency clinical experience in primary care or reputed company fields
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to manage a wide range of patient needs
- Comfort practicing independently in a virtual care setting
- Excellent communication skills and strong virtual bedside manner
- Proficiency with EHR systems (reputed company experience preferred)
Preferred Experience
- Prior telehealth or virtual care experience
- Experience managing adult patients across preventive, acute, and chronic care
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, technology-enabled environment
- Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary care teams
- Multistate licensure across high-volume states

Contract Details
