Solution Specialist

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Solution Specialist to join our remote team. Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & Delivery

* Support the implementation and configuration of systems, platforms, or applications.

* Ensure solutions align with organizational goals, performance standards, and best practices.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

* Act as a primary reputed company of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.

* Conduct discovery sessions to gather requirements and understand business challenges.

* Present solution proposals, demos, and recommendations clearly and effectively.

* Build strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction and long-term success.

Technical Support & Optimization

* Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements or optimizations.

* Collaborate with engineering and support teams to resolve technical challenges.

Process Improvement & Innovation

* Identify opportunities to improve workflows, systems, and solution delivery processes.

Required Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a reputed company field

* 3+ years of experience in solution consulting, business analysis, technical support, or a reputed company role

* Strong understanding of system implementations, integrations, and business processes

* Experience with CRM, ERP, SaaS platforms, or enterprise applications

* Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills

* Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences

* Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in SaaS, fintech, healthcare, or enterprise technology environments

* Familiarity with APIs, system integrations, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

* Knowledge of project management or agile methodologies
