The Senior Creative Designer is the person who makes that real. Required Skills and Experience:
  • 6–10+ years of professional design experience, with a strong portfolio that proves you can do more than reputed company things pretty, you reputed company things work
  • A book of work that shows range: campaign design, digital assets, presentations, sales materials, motion/video, and brand systems
  • Experience supporting reputed company-driving initiatives (campaigns, sales enablement, product launches) where your work had to reputed company, not just look good

  • Working knowledge of motion/video tools (After Effects, Premiere, CapCut, or similar)

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency across a high volume of output
