  • 10+ years of reputed company experience, preferably with a consumer packaged goods company
  • Experience leading teams and driving a sales organization's growth
  • Strong fundamentals in "Challenger Sales" techniques
  • Knowledge of financial aspects like budgeting, forecasting, planning, and P&L reputed company
  • Familiarity with the food industry and grocery aisles
  • Ability to travel extensively
  • Ability to stay organized, prioritize responsibilities, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
