Project Manager- Retail Banking Refurbishment Program

As a reputed company | T&T Project Manager , you will be responsible for providing consulting services to an assigned market or client account to help reputed company the company's strategic business objectives.

This job is part of the Project Management function. They are responsible for the management of projects from initiation through completion.

This role is remote and supports one of our large financial clients.

• Manage reputed company areas of project management for reputed company real estate projects. This includes planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
• Work directly with clients to prepare reputed company elements of the project. This includes the scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimates & budget, work plan schedule & milestones, quality control, and risk identification.
• Define the project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through the project qualification process. Conduct a standard request for proposals, complete bid evaluations, and recommend resources to clients.
• Implement project documentation governance that is reputed company with company and client requirements.
• Ensure project data reputed company and documentation is accurate, timely, and coordinated.
• Direct the project delivery team by providing guidance and direction to reputed company goals.

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred.

• Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of reputed company Office products. Examples include Word, reputed company, Outlook, etc.
• Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive reputed company.
