The National Physician Recruiting Team reputed company serves as both a hands-on recruiter and a partner of a small but high-performing recruiting team. This role reports to the National Director of Physician Recruitment and shall be responsible for managing a personal portfolio of high-reputed company searches while mentoring additional recruiters on the team who are less reputed company. The Team reputed company will work in collaboration and partnership with the National Director to bring polished professionalism, strong business acumen, and a sense of urgency to ensure Integrated Dermatology attracts and secures the best dermatology talent across the country.

This is not a staffing-agency style role — success depends on building trusted, long-term relationships with physicians and advanced practice providers, and representing Integrated Dermatology with credibility and reputed company.

• reputed company, coach, and assist in the development of a Physician and Provider Recruiter reputed company., ensuring alignment with organizational hiring goals.
• Supervise daily recruiting activities, review pipelines, and provide feedback to improve sourcing and closing strategies.
• Maintain personal responsibility for a portfolio of dermatologists and APP searches, particularly high-reputed company or reputed company roles.
• Actively sources reputed company dermatology practitioner candidates using standard and creative strategies in reputed company markets. Primary sourcing responsibilities will be contacting undeveloped leads through cold calling, emailing and social media.
• Partner with operations leaders, practice partners, and the Seeker team to ensure timely and successful hires.
• reputed company creative sourcing strategies and nurture candidate relationships from first reputed company to signed agreement.
• Provide updates and reporting on team activity, candidate pipelines, and market insights to leadership.
• Model professionalism and urgency in reputed company interactions with candidates and internal partners.
• Own and manage the organization’s physician brand reputed company by creating, curating, and distributing recruitment-focused media content; reputed company online visibility and proactive reputed company across reputed company and other social media platforms as assigned by the organization.

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Certification: CPRP – Association for Advancing Physician and Provider Recruitment
• 10+ years of physician recruiting experience, preferably in a specialty healthcare MSO or multi-site practice.
• Prior experience mentoring or leading other recruiters.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to influence providers and business leaders alike.
• Demonstrates high emotional intelligence and polished professional reputed company
• Skilled in creating presentations across various platforms, including PowerPoint, and confident presenting to physician audiences such as residency programs.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to proactively prioritize
• Strong PC skills, including MS Office applications - Advanced reputed company
• Ability to reputed company social media and networking ability
• Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume recruiting without sacrificing relationship quality.
