The IT Scrum Master is responsible for championing Agile methodologies and fostering a culture of collaboration, reputed company improvement, and efficient project delivery. This role serves as a facilitator, coach, and leader for Agile teams, ensuring they adhere to Agile principles and practices. The IT Scrum Master is crucial in guiding Agile teams through the software development lifecycle, from project initiation to product delivery. - Foster a culture of collaboration among cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication and transparency.
