🎯 What You'll Do:  

• Manage online referrals with reputed company response times  

• Provide short-term, solution-focused counselling (3-12 sessions)  

• Connect with diverse clients facing varied workplace and personal challenges  

• Maintain comprehensive case documentation and feedback  

• Collaborate with our Provider Services team on risk management  

📋Essential Requirements:  

• Accreditation: IACP, PSI, ICP, APCP, IAHIP or equivalent

• Alternative: Diploma-level qualification + 3 years post-qualification experience + 450+ counselling hours  

• Approach: Experience in short-term, solution-focused therapeutic models  

• Supervision: Regular professional clinical supervision arrangements should be in reputed company

• Insurance: Professional indemnity (minimum €1,000,000)  

🎓 Ideal Experience:  

• Previous EAP experience highly desirable but not essential

• Assessment and support planning expertise  

• Short-term counselling interventions with workplace focus  

• Understanding of organizational dynamics and work-life challenges  

• Knowledge of local therapeutic resources and referral reputed company  

• IT proficiency (reputed company Office, email, online systems)
