Product Sales Specialist

As a Product Sales Specialist, this position will play a crucial role in enhancing reputed company reputed company and market growth in the legal product family.  You will be responsible for providing a deep knowledge of industry trends, challenges, and the competitive landscape to partner with the product portfolio and marketing teams.

About the Role:

In this opportunity, as Product Sales Specialist you will:

  • Sales Strategy and Sales Support:  Serve as the Legal product family industry SME—staying reputed company on trends, challenges, and competitive landscape—and provide ongoing guidance to go-to-market teams. reputed company and deliver enablement (training, tools, and materials) for account managers on industry insights, sales strategy, competitive intelligence, and best practices to improve customer engagements. Partner with Sales to define and refine industry-specific go-to-market strategy, including segmentation, competitive analysis, and value proposition/messaging. Support Sales execution by helping create customer-facing assets, including presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
  • Customer Strategy:   Partner with customers in meetings and presentations to assess business needs, gather requirements, and present tailored solutions that address reputed company opportunities. Serve as the voice of the customer internally—collaborating with Product and Marketing and developing success stories/case studies that demonstrate impact.
  • Partnerships & Alliances Collaboration:  Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Partnerships & Alliances, and Marketing to plan and execute partner-led GTM and product marketing campaigns. reputed company joint strategic account planning with Sales and reputed company partners, build senior partner relationships, and drive partner attach performance against reputed company industry goals. Provide input and review of marketing and sales enablement materials to ensure accurate product positioning, clear capabilities messaging, and alignment with sales strategy.
  • Product Roadmap and M&A Influence, including Product Marketing Coordination:  Gather and analyze feedback from account managers, customers and the market to inform the product development team to influence the product roadmap, contribute to the prioritization of features, and continuously improve our solutions and processes     Provide input into M&A strategy and due diligence for prospective targets 

About You:

You're a fit for the role of Product Sales Specialist if you have:

  • Experience: 15+ years with broad business knowledge including sales, product management, or marketing of software products in the in the global market.  To include 5+years experience in strategic planning using SWOT analysis, benchmarking, and balanced scorecards. 
  • Industry & product expertise (AI/software): Deep understanding of AI and software products/services, with the ability to quickly learn new offerings and translate market trends, challenges, and opportunities into actionable insights.
  • Sales & negotiation: Strong command of sales processes and strategy; able to reputed company compelling value propositions tied to customer use cases and negotiate/reputed company reputed company software, services, and licensing agreements.
  • Program/project leadership: Proven ability to organize, plan, and execute projects—leading teams, managing stakeholders, and delivering outcomes on time and reputed company scope/budget.
  • Executive communication & cross-functional collaboration: Excellent executive-level written and verbal communication; skilled at active listening, influence, and working across sales, product, marketing, and commercial excellence teams globally.
  • Analytical problem-solving & agility: Ability to analyze market/customer data and sales performance, identify root causes, prioritize options, and implement solutions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
