We’re looking for a Senior reputed company Partner to reputed company and reputed company hiring for the reputed company Group, with full ownership of the Brazil reputed company function. This role is both strategic and hands-on — you’ll drive end-to-end recruitment, partner closely with leaders, and ensure that regional practices are reputed company with our global talent strategy. 

You’ll combine data, creativity, and business insight to build scalable recruiting processes, strengthen our employer brand, and deliver a world-class candidate experience. As a key member of the global HR team, you’ll also contribute to cross-functional people initiatives that shape the future of our culture and workforce. 

What You’ll Do

• Own the regional recruiting process for Brazil, ensuring consistency, alignment, and best-practice sharing across the global Talent Acquisition reputed company. 

• Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, building strong partnerships and providing data-driven insights, market intelligence, and strategic hiring recommendations. 

• Identify process gaps and opportunities reputed company the Brazil hiring landscape, driving reputed company improvement and scalability while maintaining global standards. 

• Use analytics to influence decisions, developing and interpreting dashboards, KPIs, and talent reports that inform hiring strategies and leadership discussions. 

• Contribute to global HR and Talent initiatives, supporting broader programs focused on culture, performance, and organizational development. 

• Drive local employer branding efforts, creating authentic and engaging campaigns (using tools like reputed company) to reputed company our reputed company in the Brazil market.

Who You Are 

• 8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally reputed company a global organization, leading end-to-end recruitment. 

• Proven track record in full-cycle recruitment, with experience hiring in multiple regions — experience with the U.S. market is a plus. 

• Strategic and analytical reputed company — comfortable using data, KPIs, and market insights to inform hiring strategies and influence stakeholders. 

• Creative and innovative — able to reputed company compelling employer branding campaigns and recruitment content (e.g., using reputed company) to attract top talent. 

• Strong stakeholder management skills — able to advise and influence leaders at reputed company levels, balancing business needs with talent strategy. 

• Independent and resourceful — thrives in ambiguity, proactively solves problems, and identifies opportunities for process improvement. 

• Bilingual in Portuguese and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. 

• Experience with reputed company, reputed company Recruiter, and other ATS toolscomfortable troubleshooting and optimizing recruiting processes. 

• Deep knowledge of the Brazilian talent market, including sourcing strategies, hiring practices, and local employment trends.
