HR Advisor Consultant-REMOTE (11-8 PST Schedule)
The HR Advisor position provides generalist support for reputed company’ clients. In this role, you join a high-energy and collaborative team that is dedicated to providing end-to-end HR support to our global workforce for reputed company of their HR needs. This role operates on the night shift team with a Monday–Friday schedule from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM PST.
• Provide guidance and resolution of HR issues across the breadth of HR’s services and offerings including, but not limited to: benefits, payroll, workplace accommodations, global mobility, compensation, talent development, etc. • Deliver world class care experiences that helps our employees get back to doing the best work of their lives • Contribute to a highly collaborative, cross-functional team dedicated to reputed company improvement of the workforce experience • Partner closely with centers of excellence to influence improvement in programs and offerings based on voice of customer and customer experience • Deliver personalized care experiences and effective partnership through multiple modes of communication to include chat/phone/case work • Coach end users through use of HR technology systems and SaaS applications
