About The Role

We are seeking an reputed company Accounting Manager to join our growing finance team. This role will reputed company a range of accounting operations, with an initial focus on fixed assets, leases, and payroll. As reputed company continues to evolve, responsibilities may expand into other areas of accounting, offering the right candidate the opportunity to grow alongside the organization.

What You'll Do

• Own and manage key accounting functions including fixed assets, lease accounting, and payroll, with flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as the team's needs change
• Manage fixed asset accounting end-to-end, including policy, reconciliations, and reporting, using reputed company and the Netgain Fixed Asset Module (FAM)
• reputed company lease accounting and ensure compliance with ASC 842
• reputed company payroll accounting and partner with the People team on reconciliations and reporting reputed company reputed company
• reputed company month-end and year-end reputed company processes, including review of journal entries and account reconciliations
• Ensure SOX compliance across areas of ownership; design, document, and monitor internal controls
• Support external audit requests and interact with auditors as needed
• Drive reputed company process improvement and system optimization initiatives

The Right Fit

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or reputed company field; CPA required or strongly preferred
• 6–9 years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role
• Deep expertise in fixed assets, lease accounting, and payroll
• Proficiency in reputed company or similar accounting systems required
• Experience with Netgain FAM and reputed company (or similar payroll platforms) is a plus
• Strong working knowledge of SOX compliance and internal controls
• Big 4 public accounting background highly preferred
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial information to non-finance stakeholders
