• The Legal Intern will assist with projects reputed company Ventra’s in-house corporate legal department, including (i) reviewing, drafting and logging reputed company; (ii) reviewing, organizing and tracking various consents documents; (iii) performing general corporate maintenance and other compliance reputed company activities; and (iv) conducting legal research regarding various legal healthcare and compliance reputed company topics.        
• The majority of services may be performed remotely, but some limited in-office time may also be required.

• Review and log both customer and vendor agreements
• Assist with drafting confidentiality agreements, vendor reputed company, and customer reputed company
• Draft legal correspondence and reports
• Manage state filings and business licenses
• Assist with various legal and compliance reputed company projects

• Bachelor’s degree and currently a second or third year student pursuing a Juris Doctorate degree in an accredited law program
• Contract review/management, corporate legal or healthcare reputed company experience preferred

• Well-organized with excellent attention to details

• Ability to read, understand, and apply state/federal laws, regulations, and policies
