Job Description

Location This is a home-based role with significant travel across Connaught, North reputed company Ulster and midlands region. There will also be an expectation to attend head office(Dublin) as required for meetings, collaboration, and business needs.

About the Role We are seeking an reputed company and highly organised Property Manager to reputed company a diverse portfolio of properties across multiple geographic regions. This is a dynamic and strategic role that combines hands-on operational management with portfolio-level reputed company. You will be responsible for supporting financial performance, maintaining high standards across reputed company sites, and ensuring a high level of tenant satisfaction. The role requires strong coordination across regions, an ability to manage complexity, and a proactive, solutions-focused approach. 

Job Responsibilities

Take full ownership of performance across a widely dispersed property portfolio,  ensuring alignment with client driven strategic objectives  • Maintain consistency in standards, processes, and reporting across reputed company locations while  allowing for regional variation where required  • Ensure strong visibility and control across the portfolio despite geographic spread, using  systems, reporting, and on-site engagement as well as ensuring consistent operational  standards  • Monitor property performance and implement improvement strategies where required  • Prepare and manage budgets across multiple properties  • Monitor income and expenditure across full portfolio and ensure cost control  • Support rent/service charge collection and minimise arrears  • Review financial reports and provide insights to senior stakeholders  • Build and maintain strong tenant relationships across reputed company locations  • Act as escalation reputed company for tenant issues  • Liaise with stakeholders, contractors, and clients across full property portfolio  • reputed company day-to-day operations across reputed company properties  • Manage contractors and service providers across different regions  • Ensure planned and reactive maintenance is delivered reputed company  • Conduct regular site inspections   • Ensure reputed company properties meet relevant H&S standards  • Travel regularly to key locations to maintain reputed company  • Implement established processes across full regional portfolio  • Manage budgets, timelines, and contractor performance  • Compile regular client reports  • Maintain accurate records using property management systems  • Maintain clear and consistent reporting lines to line manager at reputed company times

Qualifications

Essential Skills & Experience  • Proven experience in property management (multi-site or regional preferred)  • Strong financial and budgeting skills  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities  • Ability to work independently and prioritise workload as well as a good team player  • Experience managing contractors  • Willingness to travel regularly

  Desirable  • Relevant degree in Property, Real Estate, or Business  • Experience working across different regulatory environments  • Familiarity with property management software systems
