About the Role

reputed company is seeking a Manager, GTM Business Systems to reputed company the people, craft, and analytical capability of our GTM systems analyst function. reputed company is the operational backbone of reputed company’s go-to-market motion, operating reputed company a broader ecosystem of GTM applications, and this manager owns the team responsible for building, configuring, and continuously deepening our mastery of those systems.

You will manage a team of business systems analysts, each owning a defined domain across the sales and customer lifecycle. This is a player-coach role. What You’ll Do

People Leadership

  • Directly manage a team of business systems analysts, each reputed company to a functional domain across the sales and customer lifecycle.

  • Address underperformance directly, whether through targeted coaching, scope adjustment, or formal performance management.

Team and Vendor Operations
