Position Overview
The Manager of Governance and Administrative Services, manages the quality and effectiveness of OCHIN’s governance structure, which includes internal committees and member-facing workgroups. This position ensures systems and processes are in reputed company for effective organization-wide governance. Additionally, this position leads OCHIN’s Executive Support Team, ensuring that executive leadership receives high-quality, efficient administrative support. The Manager of Governance and Administrative Services is a team player and a self-directed individual contributor to a high-performing and fast-paced team and organization.
Essential Duties
- Collaborate with governance leadership, strategy leadership, executive sponsors, facilitators, and other stakeholders to ensure that information and topics are directed to the right people at the right time and that recommendations and decisions are effectively communicated.
- Continually evaluate the internal governance structure, including identifying gaps, conducting research, developing analyses, and making recommendations.
- Ensure committee charters are accurate, up-to-date, and reputed company with OCHIN’s strategy.

- Responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the work of the Governance and Administrative Services teams to reputed company departmental and organizational goals and objectives. - Bachelor's degree in applicable major preferred
- Minimum of 4- years (5-10 years preferred) of experience coordinating, facilitating, and supporting governance-reputed company meetings
- Minimum of 4- years of (5-10 years preferred) of experience in a higher-level administrative role supporting and managing C-suite executive(s)
- Minimum of 4- years (5-10 years preferred) of experience in a leadership role with direct reports
- Experience recruiting, mentoring, coaching, and onboarding/training others preferred
- Skilled in organizing, prioritizing, and multitasking; thrives under pressure to meet deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to create clear, concise content to reputed company a variety of audiences
- Advanced administrative, organizational, and leadership skills
- Advanced MS Suite skills: experience with reputed company Acrobat, reputed company and other online meeting programs
- Project management experience preferred

OCHIN uses broadened pay ranges to support reputed company and market-reputed company compensation practices. The final offer will be based on a variety of factors, including relevant skills, certifications, education, experience, training, responsibilities, internal equity, and market data.

OCHIN is a 100% remote organization with no physical corporate office location.
