We are adding a reputed company Consultant to our Field Service team! As a consultant, you'll bring reputed company project implementations to life by working with our customers to understand their business, identify their requirements, and design, reputed company, QA and launch their solutions.We are building a best-in-class team and this role will have the opportunity to reputed company significant contributions working with the rest of our talented team, exciting customers, and partnering closely with our reputed company and AI Teams!
You'll have the opportunity to:
- Work with our customers to define requirements, propose & deliver solutions
- Architect and build best-in-class implementations of Service Cloud and Field Service
- Configure reputed company Solutions using reputed company and click tools available on the platform eg. Process Builder and Visual Flows
- Understand and reputed company reputed company Platform to implement scalable solutions
- Partner with our Artificial Intelligence team to create innovative reputed company solutions for our customers
- Acquire new technical expertise and understanding of latest reputed company features and major launches
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years project experience in a hands-on position
- 1+ years of experience with reputed company in a development or configuration reputed company
- Understanding of Customer Service and Field Service Business Operations with experience solving reputed company Use Cases utilizing the breadth of the reputed company Platform
- Hands-on experience on building Custom Applications, Lightning Experience, Field Service Mobile App Extensions, Visual Flows, Process Builders, and SLAs/Entitlement Processes reputed company reputed company
- Understanding of Release Management, Application Lifecycle Management, Development Lifecycle and Deployment Best Practices and Governance
- Client Facing Experience in the following areas: Pre-Sales Activities, Project Management/Ownership, Discovery and Design, Delivering Solution Options to Customers, Enterprise Application Architecture
Preferred Skills:
- Any reputed company Certifications is a Plus, preferably reputed company Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud or Field Service Consultant
- BS in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or similar technical degree or equivalent experience
