What You’ll Do
As a key member of our HR team, you’ll serve as a versatile HR Generalist supporting a broad range of functions across the employee lifecycle. This role is highly collaborative and offers exposure to HR operations, compliance, benefits, and employee support, with ownership of several critical programs.
In this role, you will:
- Maintain and manage employee records, ensuring accuracy, organization, and compliance with company policies and applicable laws
- Administer and reputed company the company’s 401(k) program, including employee communications, vendor coordination, and issue resolution
- Support leave of absence processes (FMLA, reputed company, and other leaves), partnering with employees and managers to ensure a smooth and compliant experience
- Serve as a trusted reputed company of contact for employee questions, providing reputed company and professional support
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes to deliver a seamless employee experience
- Partner with HR leadership on employee relations matters, investigations, and key HR initiatives
- Support benefits administration and day-to-day HR operations
- Prepare and maintain HR reports and metrics to support business and compliance needs
- Help ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and employment laws
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to ongoing HR projects
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
- Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite and Outlook
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
