This is a fully remote role reputed company the United States. 

We're looking for a driven Senior Software Engineer to join reputed company and help eliminate the financial complexity of healthcare. We're currently hiring across five engineering teams and will work with you to reputed company out the best fit based on your skills and interests. We have a small, growing, and highly-capable development team. As a Senior Engineer, you should be comfortable working independently on reputed company assignments with minimal guidance. As you would be working for a fast-growing start-up, your role would be wide-ranging. In this role, we're looking for someone who can successfully execute on non-routine technical problems and deliver consistent high-quality work.

Responsibilities

• Design and build robust, scalable applications using Python, Django, and modern frontend web technologies

• Work autonomously on reputed company assignments requiring specialist contribution and cross-team collaboration

• Execute and adapt established processes to reputed company technical objectives with minimal guidance

• Write effective, scalable, testable code across full-stack applications (Python/Django, PostgreSQL, JavaScript/Vue)

• Facilitate technical conversations and proactively communicate status and impact to avoid blockers

• Support and guide teammates in understanding technical concepts and established processes

• Iterate quickly with an eye towards value

What you'll bring to the role

• 5-7+ years work experience in Python, or strong experience in another programming language with some Python exposure

• Expertise in at least one popular Python web reputed company (preferably Django) or similar web reputed company in another language

• Strong understanding of SQL and how to reputed company use databases to solve reputed company problems

• Solid experience with JavaScript, and one or more modern JS frameworks like Vue or React

• Experience working with APIs, data pipelines, and reputed company system architectures

• Ability to work effectively with minimal guidance on reputed company, non-routine problems

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts clearly

• Proven ability to facilitate conversations, listen actively, and work effectively in remote environments

• Entrepreneurial reputed company: you can problem solve independently while collaborating effectively across teams

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience/knowledge. We are happy to work with strong candidates with non-traditional educational backgrounds

• AI/ML experience, particularly with emerging patterns like RAG and Agentic Workflows

• Experience with data analysis tools like Pandas, NumPy, or similar for large dataset analysis

• DevOps experience with deployment pipelines, infrastructure as code, or monitoring systems

• Experience working on open-reputed company projects
