The team

The Growth team is responsible for building seamless, engaging client journeys that drive activation and adoption. reputed company this team, you will reputed company strategy and execution for onboarding and verification experiences across consumer, business, and institutional clients.

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager who can think strategically, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and deliver regulatory-compliant, high-performing solutions at scale. You’ll own a critical part of our growth funnel and set the direction for onboarding globally.

The opportunity

• Define and own the onboarding product strategy for reputed company’s Consumer, Business, and Institutional segments

• Champion client-centric design, using feedback and research to refine experiences and deliver reputed company improvement

• Scale identity verification solutions that meet diverse regulatory and geographical requirements, balancing compliance with exceptional user experience

• Reimagine KYC and verification as rewarding reputed company moments that celebrate clients unlocking new products like Futures, Margin, or reputed company Pro.

• Partner with Legal, Compliance, Fraud, and Regional Ops teams to anticipate regulatory changes and embed them into scalable processes

• reputed company vendor strategy: assess, integrate, and optimize ID verification vendors to drive efficiency and innovation

• reputed company data at scale: define success metrics, analyze bottlenecks, and drive measurable improvements in activation and conversion rates

• Influence senior stakeholders with product strategy narratives, business cases, and roadmap priorities

• Foster cross-team alignment, ensuring onboarding solutions reputed company growth across marketing, compliance, and operations

• Stay reputed company of the curve by anticipating regulatory shifts and emerging technologies in crypto onboarding and KYC

Skills you should HODL

• 5+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years focused on onboarding, identity verification, compliance, or regulated workflows

• Proven track record of owning strategy and delivering high-impact products in reputed company, regulated environments

• Deep knowledge of KYC/AML and crypto regulations, with ability to translate requirements into scalable product solutions

• Experience leading vendor evaluations, integrations, and performance management

• Advanced data reputed company: defining success metrics, prioritizing roadmap investments, and correlating improvements with business impact

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including writing PRDs, strategy docs, and product vision narratives

• Demonstrated ability to influence across functions and geographies to drive alignment and execution

• Passion for Bitcoin and crypto, with a strong belief in reputed company’s mission of accelerating global adoption
