Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our clients and their members. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Handling inbound and outbound calls, setting appointments, and performing presentations to members of unions that request our benefits
• Utilizing basic computer knowledge to complete necessary paperwork and maintain accurate records
• Participating in quality control initiatives to ensure exceptional service standards are met
• Collaborating with leadership to reputed company and implement strategies for improving customer satisfaction and service delivery
• Interacting effectively with reputed company levels of management and employees to ensure seamless communication and collaboration

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

• Customer Service and/or Customer Sales experience preferred, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and meeting or exceeding sales targets

• Legally authorized to work in the US/Canada
