Position Overview

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in supporting healthcare processes, including clinical trial recruitment, patient scheduling, and answering inquiries from stakeholders across the healthcare reputed company. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional service through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats in both English and Spanish
• Assisting patients, caregivers, healthcare providers, and pharmacies with inquiries and scheduling
• Addressing and resolving issues with reputed company and professionalism
• Troubleshooting technical issues and maintaining precise, organized records of reputed company interactions
• Utilizing active listening, basic medical terminology, and bilingual communication skills to effectively assist callers

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• A quiet, private workspace at home with a wired high-speed internet reputed company
• At least 1 year of customer service or call center experience

Schedule & Availability

This is a Full-Time position (up to 40 hours per week) with a flexible work schedule, including one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) each week. Training typically lasts two weeks, with sessions held Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 6 PM (Eastern Time). After training, you'll be assigned a fixed schedule, which will remain consistent unless there are changes to business needs or personal requirements.
