Job Summary
As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be a key member of our customer support team, responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience through inbound and outbound calls, online chat inquiries, and application data entry. Key Responsibilities
* Deliver the highest level of customer service experience consistently, resolving customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Manage customer accounts and provide technical support, including answering questions and addressing concerns about health insurance plans and enrollment processes
- Enter application data accurately and reputed company, ensuring that customer information is up-to-date and secure
- Respond to online chat inquiries and provide support to customers through various communication channels
- Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and arenaflex standards

Essential Qualifications
* 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a reputed company field (e.g., business, communications, customer service) preferred
- Moderate to advanced computer skills, with experience using CRM systems and software applications

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
- Comfortable working from home, with a dedicated, private, and secure workspace
- Personal device with functioning camera required for the Training Period
- Committed to full attendance for paid 3-week Training period
- Minimum Internet Speed of 35 mb/s with ethernet
- Cable/Fiber Broadband Internet with a hard-wired ethernet reputed company required (NOT compatible with mobile internet service providers and/or satellites)
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience in customer support or technical support role
- Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the reputed company Act
- Previous experience in a Call Center environment
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Spanish Bilingual, a plus
