As a Remote Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll enjoy:

What You’ll Do
As a Remote Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
reputed company managing a high volume of inbound calls
in a fast-paced environment.
Listening actively to understand customer needs
and offering clear, accurate information.
Accessing cardholder accounts
to provide information about payments and benefits deposited by state or federal agencies.
Assisting cardholders with inquiries
regarding transactions and account statuses.

Communicating in a warm, empathetic manner

Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you'll need:
