Key Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling a moderate to high volume of customer calls daily, providing fast and effective solutions.
- Meeting established activity targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Completing necessary follow-up documentation after each interaction.
- Providing an exceptional and positive experience in every interaction.
- Striving to meet service and operational goals, including call abandonment rates, email response times, and returns processing.
- Maintaining and improving quality results by adhering to established standards and guidelines.
Qualifications & Key Competencies
To succeed as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:
- Impeccable communication and writing skills.
- A strong curiosity about how things work and the ability to learn technical concepts quickly.

- Expertise in chat and email etiquette, with keen attention to detail.

Job Type
This is a full-time position with a competitive hourly reputed company of $15.00 - $16.75 per hour.
