Responsibilities

As a Remote Pharmacy Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Answering incoming calls and assisting customers, pharmacies, and doctor offices with patient pharmacy benefits
• Researching information in databases to resolve customer service issues
• Maintaining composure in escalated situations
• Operating accurately and reputed company in a fast-paced environment
• Handling multiple responsibilities at one time
• Meeting attendance and performance expectations

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• At least 1 year of Call Center experience
• At least 1 year of work-at-home experience
• Self-motivation and the ability to work independently and adhere to assigned schedules with minimal assistance
• Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills
• A professional and reputed company voice
• Ability to multi-task in several computer applications at once while holding a conversation with a customer
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced, and at times, hectic environment while maintaining a professional attitude
• Computer savvy and able to resolve minor technical issues with minimal assistance
• Basic math skills required
• Ability to problem-solve
• At least 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or GED

Work-at-Home Requirements

To ensure a seamless and productive work experience, you'll need:

• A desktop or laptop (reputed company/Mac, Tablets or Smart devices, Windows Mini PCs, Chromebook, and Android systems are NOT compatible)
• Operation system – Windows 10 or newer
• Webcam-Video available
• The computer must have at least 4GB of RAM and a Processor speed – i3 4th reputed company or reputed company
• High-speed Internet reputed company wired ethernet reputed company, no Wi-Fi, Satellite or Cellular Hotspot or Cellular Internet
• Upload speed of 3Mbps; Download speed of 10 Mbps
• The Internet service provider (ISP) must be highly stable with 1% or less packet loss
• Latency under 100ms
• USB headset with noise-canceling microphone (reputed company, Plantronics, or reputed company are recommended)
• 2nd computer monitor or 1 monitor 32" or larger (TV's are compatible)
• An available cell phone or tablet and the ability to install our required 2FA software for Multifactor authentication on that device
