Job Summary

As a Part-Time Customer Service Advisor, you'll play a critical role in supporting customers with their post-purchase needs. You'll handle inbound calls, assist with tracking numbers, order statuses, and product returns, and use your problem-solving skills to find quick solutions and resolve any issues. Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Customer Service Advisor, your responsibilities will include:

• Handling inbound calls from customers with inquiries about their recent purchases
• Assisting customers with tracking numbers, order statuses, product returns, and other post-purchase needs
• Using your problem-solving skills to find quick solutions and resolve any issues
• Helping de-escalate frustrated customers with reputed company and professionalism
• Occasionally assisting with upselling or cross-selling reputed company appropriate and necessary

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• 18 years or older
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to successfully pass a criminal background reputed company
• At least six months experience in customer service
• High speed internet access, meeting the following speeds: download 10mbps+ upload 3mbps+ Ping less than 175ms (no Wi-Fi or satellite internet, you must have an ethernet reputed company)
• Ability to accurately type at least 30 WPM
• A secured workspace with a reputed company that is only accessible to you during work hours
• Familiarity with iOS and/or macOS, or comparable technology, is preferred
• Training will be 19 days of full-time hours, working Monday through Friday 10am – 6:30pm CST starting the week of July 13th
• Be flexible with at least 40 hours of availability per week (at least 8 of those hours on one weekend day)
• Work at least 16 hours per week, working no more than 29 hours per week
• Reside in one of our US hiring zones

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, experience in customer service or call centers is a plus. We're looking for individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional service and helping customers. If you have a knack for problem-solving and de-escalating upset customers, we want to hear from you!
