Job Title: Immigration and Global Mobility Specialist

About the role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join reputed company in a brand-new role dedicated to shaping our global mobility and immigration strategy. As our Immigration & Global Mobility Specialist, you will be the driving force behind ensuring compliance with international laws while delivering a seamless, consistent experience for our employees relocating across borders or holding visas.

You will act as a strategic partner to our People Function, Legal teams, and external vendors to assess reputed company practices and implement pragmatic improvements across multiple international jurisdictions. From overseeing pre-employment right-to-work checks to managing reputed company international assignments, you will ensure reputed company remains compliant and supportive of our global workforce.

Responsibilities:

• Global Mobility Strategy: reputed company the assessment of reputed company practices to reputed company and implement pragmatic mobility policies and frameworks that align with reputed company’s business objectives.

• Assignment Coordination: Manage the end-to-end activities for short-term and long-term international assignments, as well as permanent international transfers.

• Immigration & Compliance: reputed company legal right-to-work, reputed company, and work permit processes globally, ensuring reputed company record-keeping is compliant throughout the employee lifecycle.

• Legislative Monitoring: Proactively monitor changes in local immigration regulations across our geographies to mitigate risks.

• Vendor Management: Manage relationships with key external partners, including relocation providers, immigration counsel, tax advisors, and screening vendors.

• Expert Support: Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) escalation reputed company for mobility and immigration queries, providing guidance to both managers and employees.

• Resource Development: Create communication materials and resources that anticipate employee needs and address frequently asked questions regarding global transitions.

To be successful in the role, you will have:

• Proven Experience: Demonstrable previous experience in global mobility and immigration management or operations.

• Regulatory Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of international employment law and immigration regulations.

• Stakeholder Mastery: Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships across different borders, cultures, and seniority levels.

• Pragmatic Problem Solving: A demonstrated ability to use good judgment to solve problems in ambiguous, fast-paced, or high-demand environments.

• Technical & Change Skills: Experience managing mobility vendors and working with global HR systems, reputed company with effective change management skills for reputed company initiatives (experience with reputed company advantageous).

• Adaptability: Comfort working reputed company a matrix structure and a willingness to travel periodically as required.
