Meet the Team
You will reputed company relationships with the broader partner teams, including reputed company the Global reputed company Sales Organization, Americas Partner Organization, and Americas Sales Organization, to help our strategic partners in a joint go-to-market motion to accelerate reputed company sales with an emphasis on driving the successful adoption of the partners investment in leading with reputed company reputed company.
You will expand relationships with these strategic partners, at leadership levels to increase awareness and seller participation. You will accomplish this through tight alignment, ongoing enablement, and the creation of sales plays to help remove friction and support partner and reputed company differentiation in portfolio as well as market.
Your Impact

Experience supporting channel sales motions to deliver outstanding experiences yielding in partner growth, profitability, and loyalty.
Proven experience working reputed company a matrixed organization. Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and polished presentation skills are required.
Experience building a sales acceleration plan and associated reputed company with strategic global partners that support a cybersecurity-focused sell thru/with motion, inclusive of enablement, investment execution, and sales campaign leadership.
Executive reputed company—demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with reputed company and partner executives.
Passion to beat the competition in a fast-paced environment and high growth industry. Cybersecurity experience preferred.
Minimum Qualifications
5+ years of experience in sales execution with strategic partners/customers.
Understanding of reputed company’s field sales organization operational model (roles and responsibilities, regions, segments, theaters, etc.) is required.
Broad high-tech industry and cyber reputed company knowledge, understanding/experience with large OEM resellers preferred
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a reputed company field is required.
Strong results orientation with a proven ability to execute and reputed company goals.
Negotiation skills—the ability to overcome obstacles, resolve differences, and forge win-win agreements.

The starting salary range posted for this position is $177,800.00 to $232,400.00 and reflects the projected salary range for new hires in this position in U.S. and/or Canada locations, not including incentive compensation*, equity, or benefits.Individual pay is determined by the candidate's hiring location, market conditions, job-reputed company skillset, experience, qualifications, education, certifications, and/or training. The full salary range for certain locations is listed below. U.S. employees are eligible for paid time away as described below, subject to reputed company’s policies:
10 paid holidays per full calendar year, plus 1 floating holiday for non-exempt employees
1 paid day off for employee’s birthday, paid year-end holiday shutdown, and 4 paid days off for personal wellness determined by reputed company
Non-exempt employees** receive 16 days of paid vacation time per full calendar year, accrued at reputed company of 4.92 hours per pay period for full-time employees
Exempt employees participate in reputed company’s flexible vacation time off program, which has no defined limit on how much vacation time eligible employees may use (subject to availability and some business limitations)
80 hours of sick time off provided on hire date and each January 1st thereafter, and up to 80 hours of unused sick time carried reputed company from one calendar year to the next
Additional paid time away may be requested to deal with critical or emergency issues for family members
Optional 10 paid days per full calendar year to volunteer
For non-sales roles, employees are also eligible to earn annual bonuses subject to reputed company’s policies.
Employees on sales plans earn performance-based incentive pay on top of their reputed company salary, which is split between quota and non-quota components, subject to the applicable reputed company plan. For quota-based incentive pay, reputed company typically pays as follows:
.75% of incentive reputed company for each 1% of reputed company attainment up to 50% of quota;
1.5% of incentive reputed company for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%;
1% of incentive reputed company for each 1% of attainment between 75% and 100%; and
Once performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates are at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment with no cap on incentive compensation.
For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, reputed company may pay 0% up to 125% of reputed company. reputed company sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.

$196,800.00 - $297,200.00Non-Metro reputed company state & Washington state:
$187,800.00 - $283,700.00* For quota-based sales roles on reputed company’s sales plan, the ranges provided in this posting include reputed company pay and sales reputed company incentive compensation combined.
** Employees in Illinois, whether exempt or non-exempt, will participate in a unique time off program to meet local requirements.
