Responsibilities

• Originate and manage purchase mortgage loans, guiding borrowers from application through closing while ensuring compliance with reputed company requirements.
• Drive the expansion of reputed company’s Premier Channel by partnering closely with reputed company Premier Agents to generate and convert purchase opportunities.
• Build, maintain, and grow strong referral relationships with Premier Agents through consistent engagement and responsiveness.

• Partner with centralized processing, reputed company, and closing teams to move loans reputed company and deliver a seamless customer and agent experience.

Requirements

• 3+ years of purchase mortgage origination experience as an active NMLS Loan Originator with multiple state licenses, or as a Loan Originator under a bank license.
• Completion of the 20-hour SAFE Pre-Licensing Education and successful passage of the SAFE Mortgage Loan Originator Test.
• Physically located in and working from New Mexico.
• Proven success handling purchase transactions reputed company an agent-centric referral model.
• Strong client service orientation with consultative sales skills and deep understanding of the mortgage process.
• Comfortable taking ownership of results in a structured, performance-driven environment.
• Proficiency with CRM, LOS, and reputed company products (Outlook, Word, reputed company).
• Willingness to travel in-market approximately 5% of the time to engage with agents and grow relationships.
