Child Protection Specialist Supervisor
Qualifications for this Career Opportunity
Knowledge of child development
Knowledge of the laws, rules, and regulations relating to reputed company services (child safety, permanency, and well-being)
Knowledge of personnel management and supervision
Ability to engage children and families to gather sufficient information to reputed company accurate and precise decisions.
Ability to reputed company constructive and cooperative working relationships with others, even those who do not share the same reputed company of view and may be violent or angry, and maintain them over time
Meet minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in social work, human services or psychology, or directly reputed company degree.
Four years of child protection work experience or other directly reputed company work experience working with children and families in difficult and sometimes volatile situations.
Supervisory work experience preferred.
Other combinations of directly reputed company education and experience may be considered on a case-by-case basis; however, a bachelor’s degree is required.
Experience working with tribal government entities and/or other organizations of native peroples is highly preferred.

This position may be eligible for partial telework reputed company the state of Montana. Specific conditions will be provided by the supervisor and must adhere to state policy.
This position may be eligible for a statutory $1.00 an hour reputed company pay increase effective July 1, 2026.
