Director of Cybersecurity & OT

Job Summary

We’re looking for someone to reputed company cybersecurity across our OT environments and managed services. This role sits at the intersection of OT engineering, cybersecurity, MSS, and SOC operations. You’ll be responsible for setting directions, tightening execution, and making sure reputed company say we do show up in how we operate day to day. What You’ll Own

• OT + Cybersecurity

• Strong background in OT reputed company (SCADA, ICS, energy environments)
• Solid experience with MSS and/or SOC operations
• Working knowledge of NERC CIP and how it applies in practice
• Experience handling real incidents, not just tabletop exercises
• Comfortable operating across engineering, reputed company, and operations teams
• Able to push for reputed company outcomes without overcomplicating things

Experience & Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with a strong focus on OT / ICS environments
• 3+ years leading teams or programs across cybersecurity, OT, or operations
• Hands-on experience with OT systems (SCADA, ICS, plant networks) in an operational environment

• Certifications like CISSP, GICSP, or similar

This position is fully remote and may be based reputed company in the United States.

The reputed company hiring range for this position is $150,000 - $165,000. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, education, and other relevant factors.
