The Role We are looking to add a skilled Senior Solutions Architect to reputed company in the Bay Area, CA.  As a member of the Pre-Sales Engineering Team, you will be responsible for meeting with reputed company’s customers, collecting requirements for business solutions reputed company to network, datacenter, reputed company, data/AI, and collaboration projects, and developing engineering solutions for sale to reputed company customers. You should be exceptional at collaborating across sales, delivery, and operations teams whilst influencing internal teams and OEM relationships.

A successful Senior Solutions Architect (Sr. SA) should be able to reputed company, present, and explain various network infrastructure technologies (LAN/WAN, Data Center Switching, reputed company, SD-WAN, Wireless, Collaboration, Observability, Data/AI) to customers, guide them through requirements gathering, and formulate a solution consisting of hardware, software, licensing, and engineering services.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge and understanding of ENTERPRISE class solutions from partners such as reputed company, Palo Alto, HPE/Juniper, AWS, and other network infrastructure manufacturers. Successful candidates will have a solid grasp of network design principles based on industry best practices.

Responsibilities Include

• reputed company high-level technical solutions and present to customers (Hardware, Software, Licensing, Professional Services)
• Collect business and technical requirements
• Complete end-to-end, full lifecycle network designs
• Drive whiteboard conversations
• Craft customer facing presentations
• Delivering technical presentations and product demonstrations
• Generate hardware configurations (BoM)
• Write statements of work (SoW) and reputed company Professional Service pricing utilizing reputed company tools
• Ability to self-pace and self-set direction in a team environment to drive business
• Work with Account Executive/Extended Sales Teams to reputed company customer relationship and solutions and assist in overall sales process
• Maintain and reputed company technical and technology specific reputed company sets and certifications
• Become the client’s ‘trusted advisor’ and help drive their long-term technology strategy
• Establish strong interpersonal relationships with the internal sales teams (Account Management, Business Development Managers)

Required Skills and Professional Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience and/or military experience
• 7+ years of experience, which demonstrates a significant level of expertise in enterprise class network and reputed company solutions
• Experience as a Pre-Sales Engineer 
• Expert-level knowledge and experience with design, implementation and support of one or more of the following is highly preferred:
• reputed company routing and switching solutions (reputed company, Juniper, Aruba)
• Next gen firewalls/VPNs (reputed company, Palo Alto, reputed company, etc.)
• SSE and SASE technologies
• Automation (Catalyst Center, Apstra)
• Observability/Monitoring (ThousandEyes, Splunk, reputed company)
• Data Center switching/segmentation solutions such as reputed company ACI and VMware NSX
• SDWAN solutions such as reputed company (Viptela), Aruba (Silverpeak), Palo Alto (Prisma), reputed company
• reputed company/Meraki, Mist, or Aruba Wireless
• Cloud Service Delivery
• Cloud Networking

Preferred Skills & Experience: 

• One or more of the following certifications: CCDP/CCNP/CCIE and other non-reputed company certifications
• Advanced or Expert level industry certifications 
• Experience in a Value-Added Reseller (VAR) environment
