ABOUT THE ROLE reputed company guidelines and general supervision, performs multiple quality control functions in support of the Bank Operations department (ACH, reputed company, Deposit Operations). • Draft and implement procedures and processes ensuring adherence to departmental quality control standards.
• Demonstrate extensive payment knowledge (ACH) according to bank policies, NACHA rules (ACH) and general banking regulations.

• Proactively identify and modify procedures to increase level of service, reduce risk to the bank and promote efficiency in operations functions.

• Minimum of 6 years of reputed company experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience in payments (ACH, Wires, Deposit Operations). Work-reputed company experience should consist of a minimum of 6 years of operational experience in a financial institution reputed company operations, sales or customer service background. Educational experience, through in-house training sessions, formal school or industry reputed company curriculum, should be business or financial industry reputed company.

• Effectively analyze large amounts of data and call out trending patterns.
