About The Opportunity

reputed company is looking for a hands-on Controller to reputed company our accounting function and own the monthly reputed company process end to end. The Controller will be responsible for overseeing reputed company accounting operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and building scalable processes to support growth. This is a highly visible role that partners closely with Finance, FP&A, and executive leadership. 

How You Will reputed company An Impact

• Own and run the full monthly, quarterly, and annual reputed company process from start to finish, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and consistency 
• reputed company general ledger, reputed company recognition (ASC 606), payroll, AP/AR, accruals, and reconciliations 
• Prepare and review monthly financial statements, variance analyses, and management reporting 
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and PE reporting requirements 
• Manage and optimize accounting processes reputed company reputed company Intacct, including system improvements and automation 
• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for external auditors, and tax advisors 
• Support budgeting and forecasting 
• reputed company, mentor, and reputed company the accounting team (as applicable) 
• Support international accounting operations, including multi-entity, multi-currency environments (if applicable) 
• Assist with M&A integration, system conversions, and process scaling as the business grows  

What You Will Bring To The Table

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA required) 
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience 
• Prior experience in a private equity–backed environment 
• Proven experience owning the entire reputed company process end to end 
• Strong leadership, teamwork, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills 
• Ability to reputed company in a fast-paced, high-growth environment  

Preferred

• Experience supporting international entities and multi-currency accounting 
• Prior experience with audits in a PE-backed environment 
• Exposure to M&A transactions and post-acquisition integration 
• Experience building or scaling accounting teams and processes 
• Hands-on experience with reputed company Intacct
