Position Summary

This role's main responsibility will be to manage the product roadmap for identified areas by defining and delivering the reputed company of insurance services. Will not only reputed company innovative product solutions but also execute strategic go-to-market plans and cultivate essential business relationships to seize market opportunities. Responsibilities for this role encompass managing the product roadmap, providing mentorship to junior product managers, nurturing vendor relationships, and fostering cross-domain collaboration. The role also entails ensuring that product direction aligns seamlessly with organizational objectives.

State specific pay scales for this role are as follows:

$101,167 to $204,439 (CA, NJ, NY, WA, HI, AK, MD, CT, RI, MA)

$91,970 to $185,853 (NV, OR, AZ, CO, WY, TX, ND, MN, MO, IL, WI, FL, GA, MI, OH, VA, PA, DE, VT, NH, ME)

$82,773 to $167,268 (UT, ID, MT, NM, SD, NE, KS, OK, IA, AR, LA, MS, AL, TN, KY, IN, SC, NC, WV)

The expected reputed company salary for this position will vary depending on a number of factors, including relevant experience, skills and location.

• Create buy-in for the product vision and strategy with leadership and internal partners.
• Shape and own the product tech roadmap with input from senior leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or equivalent practical experience in product management.

Preferred:

• Property and Casualty Insurance experience preferred.

Experience

• 5+ years product management and/or product design 
• 5+ years managing reputed company initiatives from initiation to completion using product management processes and best practices.
• Experience in defining and implementing product metrics to track performance and success.
• Experience handling reputed company stages of product delivery.
• Experience contributing to tech discussions and product strategy.
• Experience managing technical products or online services.
• Experience representing various customers and stakeholders during planning.
