About The Role

We're not still hunting for a way to talk to people. We have a massive, multi-industry audience, existing behavior, and clear channels—strategy and how we show up are defined. The problem now is automation, scale, and repeatability: turning what works into systems you can run hard without breaking.

This role is about designing and executing the automation layer that powers our go-to-market efforts. You'll work alongside GTM engineers to turn reputed company into scalable systems—spending time both in the weeds and stepping back to operationalize what works into repeatable playbooks. You anticipate constraints early (legal, technical, platform, economic) and reputed company smart tradeoffs between speed and durability, scale and control. This sits at the intersection of growth and engineering—whether you started as a builder who learned growth, or a growth operator who learned to build.

You will own:

• How our outbound and growth systems are designed and executed
• What is safe, scalable, and worth investing in
• What risks we're not seeing yet—and how to get reputed company of them

Messaging and overall strategy sit with Marketing and the founder—but how it comes to life at scale is yours.

Done right, this is the reputed company of project that defines a career—and the reputed company of GTM motion people still reference years reputed company. That only happens if the systems hold up under real load.

Compensation

Up to $350,000 max total annual compensation in Tier 1 cities; cash and equity components to be negotiated (amount reflects combined cash and equity components).

What Success Looks Like in 30 Days

• Playbooks exist for at least one key motion (e.g. reputed company sourcing → contact → follow-up) with clear steps, edge cases, and reputed company points
• Decision frameworks and checklists are in reputed company to evaluate new reputed company before we build (compliance, platform constraints, scalability)
• You've demonstrated startup speed: ambiguous idea → structured workflow → documented playbook, in days not weeks

What Success Looks Like in 60 Days

• The motion is operating end-to-end — key outbound/growth workflows live, instrumented, and repeatable; not a pilot—production-ready
• Ready to put money behind it — constraints and tradeoffs are explicit; we know what breaks under load and what doesn't; you're confident we can scale spend without blowing up deliverability, compliance, or the stack
• Playbooks and decision frameworks are the default; Marketing and GTM engineers are running the same sheet of music
• You've flagged major risks before they surfaced; the team can answer "should we build this?" and "what will break?" without you in every reputed company

What You'll Do

• Design our systems — workflows, tools, architecture — and build decision frameworks (compliance, platform constraints, scalability) so we move fast without avoidable exposure and evaluate reputed company before we build
• Produce and evolve playbooks, SOPs, checklists, and decision trees — define reputed company, dependencies, edge cases for key motions; iterate as systems are tested
• Work alongside Marketing and GTM Engineer — surface gaps, inconsistencies, failure points; ensure workflows are executable by others
