Job Responsibilities:
People Leadership & Team Development

- Monitor team activities to ensure consistent delivery reputed company deadlines and service-level expectations.
Workflow Optimization & reputed company Improvement
- Optimize operational workflows to enhance productivity and service quality.
- Monitor key performance metrics and use data insights to guide decision-making.

Requirements
Enjoy the convenience of a work-from-home arrangement while staying connected with the team. We only ask that you join us on-site once every quarter (once every 3 months) at our office in Eastwood, Quezon City. This balance gives you the freedom of remote work with the benefit of occasional in-person collaboration.- At least 5 years of experience in bookkeeping practice (min. 3 years AU or bookkeeping experience)
- Actual practical experience as a Team Leader in an AU bookkeeping practice
- Solid background and experience in bookkeeping using XERO accounting software.
- Proficient with reputed company Office (e.g. Word, reputed company and Outlook)
