About the Team

This team is part of a high-performance Global Commercial Operations (GCO) organization to steer toward our goal of growing to $10B in revenue! The Commercial Insights & Analytics team within GCO is a key player in driving this growth, by providing self-service & actionable insights when and where users need them to support decision-making and drive business outcomes. Whether via dashboards, reports, or alerts and regardless of system, this group ensures all GCO insights are accurate and consistent, easy-to-understand and actionable.

About the Role

As a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, you will design, develop, enhance, and optimize all end-to-end BI solutions within the Demand, Pipeline, or Customer/Renewals phase of the customer journey. For each project, you will form a scrum team with a Business Intelligence Program Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Participate in user interviews and requirements gathering sessions led by Program Manager to deeply understand what business problems we are trying to solve, key questions to be answered by the reporting tool, and how the tool will fit into the business process to be supported.

  • Design elegant and easy-to-understand visualizations using best in class data visualization methods, and seek feedback on designs.

  • Build dashboards using BI standard methodologies to deliver business requirements in an optimized & scalable way. 

  • Collaborate with ED&A / BT Data Analysts to transform BI requirements into clear Data requirements and navigate the solution till go-live.

  • Participate/Contribute in building Agents to extend Dashboards adoption & usage

  • Thoroughly QA new and modified dashboards for accuracy and functionality.

  • Update and maintain existing dashboards as needed. Resolve access or data quality issues reported by users.

  • Provide support for daily cycle refresh failures - recurring dashboard/data validations

  • Follow Agile methodology, including sprint planning and review meetings, daily stand-ups, and following epics and stories written by Program Manager.

Basic Qualifications

  • 8+ years as a Business Intelligence Analyst or related role

  • 4+ years working in Sigma and/or Tableau Desktop in designing & publishing dashboards

  • 2+ years of experience working with Salesforce data (Sales)

  • SQL and adhoc data analysis experience required

  • AI Concepts and/or Fluency 

  • It is essential to be bilingual in Spanish and English

Other Qualifications

  • Excellent user experience design and data visualization skills

  • Experience with Snowflake or other database platforms

  • Experience with Sales, or Marketing operations and systems preferred

  • Experience with Agile methodology preferred

  • Great teamwork and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
