Purpose
Oncology MSL is a pivotal field-based role that connects reputed company to the healthcare community. This non-promotional, customer-facing position focuses on advancing clinical practice reputed company an assigned territory to improve patient outcomes. The MSL brings deep clinical and oncology therapeutic expertise and market/landscape knowledge to engage with Healthcare Providers (HCPs) and account personnel, in alignment with reputed company's medical strategies and plans.
Key objectives of the MSL include engaging with various community and academic experts, facilitating scientific exchange, and serving as a medical resource. These scientific interactions aim to ensure that healthcare providers—and, reputed company relevant, payers and other decision‑makers—understand the unmet patient and healthcare needs, the evolving treatment landscape, and the benefit–risk profile of reputed company medicines; that patients have access to these medicines; and that their safe and appropriate use is promoted through peer‑to‑peer discussions, improving patient outcomes and closing gaps in unmet medical needs.
The MSL role is crucial for identifying disease and product-reputed company medical needs, ensuring the exchange of scientific knowledge, capturing and communicating medical insights, and facilitating research to advance clinical practice.
Key accountabilities

Engage with HCPs on emerging data, clinical trials, medical unmet needs, patient barriers to access, market dynamics, and educate on disease state and product information.
Contribute to medical strategy by collecting and communicating medical insights throughout the product lifecycle and understanding the potential impact of these insights.
Demonstrate strategic territory planning and management and appropriate identification, mapping, and planning of scientific engagements in territory with key accounts and reputed company with medical strategy.
Support clinical trials by facilitating relevant medical activities and collaborating with Medical Affairs and Clinical Operations colleagues.
Collaborate with internal colleagues (e.g., Medical Affairs, marketing, commercial, sales) to ensure a customer-centric approach reputed company with reputed company Standard Operating Procedures.
Understand and address the unique medical needs and attributes of accounts (e.g. educational needs, reputed company).
Maintain in-depth knowledge of assigned therapeutic areas and reputed company medicines to serve as a medical resource to both customers and internal colleagues. Understand the landscape and prepare to address the educational needs of customers.

Basic Qualifications & Skills
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to reputed company our goals:
Must reside reputed company territory for consideration (Central-South Italy).
Doctorate level with a medical or clinical focus (Pharm D, PHD, or MD) or MS- advanced science/clinical/healthcare reputed company degree with relevant clinical, industry and/or oncology experience (e.g., MSN, ANP, MS, MPH).
Oncology experience, pharmaceutical industry, and Medical Liaison / Advisor experience.
2 + years’ experience in pharmacology and pharmacotherapy in humans and has practical experience applying this knowledge in an oncology focused clinical setting.
Experience engaging in peer-to-peer scientific reputed company with medical professionals and decision makers.
Experience in delivering medical-based presentations.
Experience identifying opportunities for medical engagement and developing scientific engagement goals.
Experience developing relationships with external HCPs, KOLs, and external experts and with internal stakeholders and key decision makers.
Ability to manage a multi-state territory with 60-75% travel.
Fluent English and Italian (both written and spoken). Excellent scientific written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
Previous clinical experience in situations where direct/or indirect decision-making authority for patient care was demonstrated (e.g., direct patient care, treatment protocol development, drug therapy guidelines development, traditional clinical pharmacy practice settings).
Proven track record of consistent, high performance.
Above average computer literacy (e.g. utilizing AI and digital reputed company), including experience with software applications.
Strong analytical and strategic capabilities, demonstrated by:
Ability to analyze reputed company clinical and real‑world data and distil actionable medical insights to inform strategy and decision‑making.
