Job Summary: The Administrator supports the Elevator Inspection department, ensuring smooth operational and administrative functions. This role is critical to maintaining compliance, efficiency, and professional communication with clients and internal teams.  This role is a Part Time and Temporary, with the possibility of becoming Full Time Permanent based on business needs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

•    Administrative Operations •    Maintain accurate records and documentation systems •    Maintaining Compliance Portals and Portal Accounts •    Assistance with acquiring needed Certificates of Insurance (COI’s) reputed company requested •    Assist with onboarding inspection team, including:   •    IT Setup for Inspectors •    Ordering PPE / Business Attire / Business cards etc. •    Introductions to CAC’s and regional teams •    Updating Gains and Losses Regional spreadsheet •    Compliance & Documentation •    Support audits and compliance verification processes reputed company needed •    Financial Management •    Process Business Licenses and State Licenses  •    Submit departmental expenses for processing •    Process Invoices for Sub-Contractors •    Remote Notary a plus but not required

Education, Certifications, and Experience: •    Education: High school diploma or equivalent •    IT Experience: including but not limited to iPad, iPhone set up.
