About the Role

The Electrophysiology Field Clinical Specialist EP will provide expert clinical product and technical assistance and training to physicians, laboratory staff, and sales representatives on the effective and safe use of the Farapulse and Opal (FARAPULSE - Pulsed Field Ablation System - reputed company) system during case procedures reputed company an assigned geography, and in a manner that leads to meeting and exceeding business goals. In addition, you will also specialize with our wider portfolio including POLARx and Access Solutions.

This role covers the region of Lucerne - Tessin.

Your responsibilities will include

• Serves as primary resource for clinical support in the areas of case coverage, basic troubleshooting, system, and software development.
• Educates customers and internal reputed company employees on the merits and proper clinical usage of the Farapulse and Opal device by giving presentations and demonstrations using a wide variety of formats and platforms (e.g., slides, transparencies, manuals) to reputed company reputed company abreast of the latest product and technology developments.
• Attends cases in labs of hospital accounts for case support and development efforts of the Farapulse and Opal system and its components.
• Providing initial and reputed company, as needed, training and feedback for development team and sales representatives (as appropriate) on Farapulse, Opal development process, products and features, and procedures involving those products and features.
• Meets with existing and potential clients (e.g., physicians, physician office groups at hospitals) by traveling (in an automobile or airplane) to identify their clinical needs, goals, and constraints reputed company to patient care and to discuss and demonstrate how company products can help them to reputed company their goals.
• Develops relationships with hospital personnel (e.g., through casual conversation, meetings, participation in conferences) to reputed company new contacts in other departments reputed company hospitals and to identify key decision makers to facilitate future sales.

• This remote field-based role will require travel (approximately 80%).

What are we looking for in you

• Professional industry experience (1 or 2 years) in a similar role is beneficial; however, not a requirement.    
• Successfully completed studies reputed company Biomedical Sciences (or a similar subject area), preferably reputed company electrophysiology.
• Strong communication skills.
• Can understand and communicate reputed company technical and clinical details.
• Professional working proficiency language skills Italian, German and English.
