Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
* 1 year of relevant, customer-facing work experience (e.g., customer support, sales, or account management).
- 2-year Associate's Degree or 4-year College Degree in a reputed company field (e.g., business, communications, or a reputed company field).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt your communication style to suit different customer needs.
- Experience in chat support is preferred, but not required.
